This is why

"Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people don't kill their husbands."
Today I remembered why I really NEED exercise. I have been busy and caught up in other things and have completely neglected the workout regimen. I finally just made a point to go, and I can feel the addiction again. I can't wait to go back.

While I was jumping up and down on that step for an hour, jamming to awesome music, sweating, feeling my heart pump and legs burn, I felt so happy. I felt excited and energized.
After the class my friend Susan said, "I don't need a doctor, I just need to exercise." She is so right. It's the best antidepressant ever.
.
Now, I feel the lactic acid building in my legs and tomorrow I'll feel the burn. The sweet burn of soreness. Yesss...that means it's working.

I'm going back. Tomorrow.

Every girl in America wishes she were you. Addicted to exercize. I have been addicted to many things: candy, caffeine, vince vaughn movies..but never exercize:)

I love it too, I just have to stay motivated and keep going to class! We'll just cheer each other on!

hahaha i swear we are so alike. i've really been trying to exercise more and it makes me feel so much healthier and happier. In fact.... I just got new tennis shoes!! woo hooo!!!
